Hisham Seify

Dr. Hisham Seify, MD, PhD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the founder of Newport Plastic Surgery and Prestige Surgery Center in Newport Beach, California. With nearly 13 years of post-graduate training spanning general surgery, plastic surgery, a PhD, and an oculoplastic surgery fellowship, he is one of the most extensively trained plastic surgeons in Orange County. Dr. Seify graduated with honors from Cairo University in 1992. He completed training in general and plastic surgery abroad before coming to the United States in 1998 to complete his Doctor of Science degree at Emory University, where he conducted pioneering research in endoscopic plastic surgery under Dr. John Bostwick. He defended his PhD thesis in 2000 and completed his plastic surgery fellowship at Emory University in 2005, serving as Administrative Chief Resident. He furthered his training with a fellowship in oculoplastic and aesthetic plastic surgery with Dr. Clinton McCord at Paces Plastic Surgery in Atlanta. Dr. Seify is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He serves as a Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of California, Irvine, and as an Associate Clinical Professor at the David Geffen UCLA School of Medicine. He is the immediate Past President of the Orange County Society of Plastic Surgeons and serves on the board of the California Society of Plastic Surgeons. He received the 2007 Sherrell Aston Award from ASAPS, has been named Physician of Excellence in Orange County consecutively from 2013 to 2025, Castle Connolly Top Doctor in America from 2012 to 2025, and was named one of the top plastic surgeons in the U.S. by Newsweek from 2023 to 2025. He specializes in facelifts, neck lifts, blepharoplasty, breast augmentation, mommy makeovers, body contouring, and liposuction. He is also the president and co-founder of the Worldwide Cancer Network, a nonprofit supporting cancer treatment in Egypt, Africa, and the Middle East.
