Julie Acarregui, CRNA, MSN, BSN, is a Board-Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (since 1996) and the founder, CEO, and Medical Director of PURE Medical Spa, with three locations across Idaho in Meridian (Boise area), Hailey (Sun Valley), and Hayden (Coeur d'Alene area). She opened her first medical spa in 2008 (formerly Ageless Beauty) and has grown it into one of Idaho's premier aesthetic practices with over 339 years of combined team experience. She is the #1 Sculptra injector in Idaho and has been recognized among the top 10 cosmetic injectors in the Northwest by Galderma and top 20 in the United States. She serves as a national clinical educator for the Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network (GAIN), training in plastic surgeons' and dermatologists' offices across the country.
