Kahlil Andrews

Dr. Kahlil Andrews, MD, MBA, is a double board-certified plastic surgeon and the founder of Dr. Andrews Plastic Surgery in Coralville, Iowa, serving the Iowa City and Cedar Rapids area. Born and raised in Los Angeles, he earned his BS in Molecular and Cell Biology from UC Berkeley, his MD from the University of California San Francisco, and an MBA from UCLA. He completed his general surgery residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore and a research fellowship at UCLA's Jonsson Cancer Center, followed by a plastic surgery fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University. He is certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery and is a member of both the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He served as Chief of Surgery at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids. He has published research in Cancer Research and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery journals. He is affiliated with University of Iowa Health Care. He relocated to the Midwest in 2009 and has over 20 years of experience. He offers 3D Crisalix imaging and hosts a podcast on beauty, wellness, and plastic surgery. He specializes in breast augmentation (Motiva, Sientra), breast reconstruction, tummy tucks, mommy makeovers, deep plane facelifts, rhinoplasty, Botox, dermal fillers, and body contouring.
