Kathy Keeney, RN, BSN, is a registered nurse, one of Columbus's most sought-after injectors, and the visionary founder and CEO of Boss Gal Beauty Bar, an award-winning luxury medical spa with four locations in the Columbus area including Clintonville (122 Graceland Blvd), Easton Town Center, Grandview, and Powell. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Trent University and spent a decade working in the emergency department before pursuing her passion for aesthetics. She opened a small microblading studio, and as demand grew for injectables and laser treatments, she founded Boss Gal Beauty Bar in 2019 with four employees. She is the only injector in Ohio who is a National Trainer for both Allergan Medical Institute and Galderma, traveling to practices across the country to teach providers how to use cosmetic injectables. She was featured in Vanity Fair and Vogue Magazines in 2023 as an Influential Woman in Business. Boss Gal has been awarded Top Workplace by Columbus CEO Magazine. The practice is the number one HydraFacial provider in Ohio and a top-ten retailer of ZO Skin Health in the country. She started The Balanced Face Institute, a training academy for medical providers. She has trained and mentored every nurse injector at her spas. The practice features an innovative open-concept facial bar. All medical services are provided under the supervision of Dr. Michael J. Glueckert. She is a member of the American Medical Spa Association and the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics.
