Kevin M. Johnson

Dr. Kevin M. Johnson, MD, FACS, is a board-certified general surgeon and the founder and owner of Advanced Aesthetics in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, established in 2006, also serving the Spokane, Washington area. He earned his MD from the University of Washington School of Medicine, where he also completed his surgical residency and served as Chief Resident in 1996-97. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. A Washington native raised on a wheat farm in Colfax, he practiced general and vascular surgery before founding Advanced Aesthetics. He is widely considered the most experienced Smartlipo provider in the Pacific Northwest, having performed over 3,700 Smartlipo procedures. His practice is recognized as a National Training Center by Smartlipo manufacturer Cynosure, and he has personally trained over 500 surgeons on laser-assisted liposuction techniques. He is a consultant, guest speaker, and editorial writer on laser and minimally invasive aesthetic trends.
