Lily Nizam

Lily Nizam, PA-C, DFAAPA, CPCP, is a physician associate and aesthetic injector at Alabama Surgical Arts in Montgomery, Alabama, where she practices alongside her husband, double board-certified cosmetic surgeon Dr. Sami A. Nizam II. Together, they provide comprehensive facial cosmetic surgery and medical spa services. Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Lily attended Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, where she earned her Bachelor of Health Sciences in 2009 and Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2011. She has been practicing in surgical subspecialties since 2012, with training from the Mayo Clinic. She further developed her aesthetic injection skills while working in New York, one of the country's hubs for aesthetic medicine. Lily is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA), an honor recognizing exceptional contributions to the profession through achievement, leadership, and community service. She also holds certification as a Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional (CPCP), offering microblading and permanent cosmetic tattooing in addition to her injectable services. At Alabama Surgical Arts, Lily specializes in facial aesthetic treatments including Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify, and the full lines of Juvederm and Restylane dermal fillers. She focuses on precision and attention to facial anatomy to deliver natural-looking results. Lily was crowned Mrs. Alabama in 2021 and is a member of the American Med Spa Association.
