Marisa Scott

Marisa Scott, RNFA, is a Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant and the founder and CEO of Aspire Med Spa in Anchorage, Alaska. With more than a decade of experience in the cosmetic and plastic surgery industry, she brings a unique combination of surgical assisting expertise and advanced injection training to her aesthetic practice. A lifelong Alaskan, Marisa moved to Anchorage in 2010 to pursue her career in healthcare. She earned her medical assisting certification, completed nursing school, trained as a nurse injector, and furthered her career by specializing as a Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA), giving her an advanced educational background in anatomy and physiology on a surgical scale. Her broad clinical experience spans primary care, women's health, medical spas, and the operating room. At Aspire Med Spa, Marisa offers a comprehensive range of aesthetic services including Botox and neurotoxin injections, Juvederm and other dermal fillers, RF microneedling, laser hair removal, HydraFacials, Emsculpt Neo body sculpting, hair restoration, and medical-grade skincare. The practice operates under the medical direction of Kathrine Hardy, FNP-C, who was named Nurse Practitioner of the Year by the State of Alaska Nursing Association in 2018.
