Shea Prestegard

Shea Prestegard, PA-C, is a physician assistant and aesthetic injector at Anchorage Bariatrics in Anchorage, Alaska. She provides cosmetic and aesthetic services to complement the practice's comprehensive weight loss and bariatric surgery programs. Born and raised in Anchorage, Shea graduated from the University of Alaska, Anchorage with a Bachelor of Science in health science. She then earned her master's degree from the University of Washington MEDEX Physician Assistant Program in 2020. Prior to PA school, she worked as a medical assistant in a family medicine office. Shea has completed advanced training with Allergan Aesthetics and trained closely with Dr. Leland Webb, a renowned plastic surgeon, developing her skills in injectable aesthetics. At Anchorage Bariatrics, she provides Botox, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic treatments, with a particular focus on helping patients who are undergoing or have completed weight loss journeys feel confident in their appearance. She is passionate about providing tools to improve her patients' overall quality of life.
