Melanie King

Dr. Melanie King, MD, is a board-certified physician and the Medical Director of Charleston Medical Spa, located at 1950A Maybank Highway, Charleston, South Carolina 29412. Note: Dr. King is based in Charleston, SC, not West Virginia.

Dr. King is originally from Louisiana. She earned her undergraduate degree in International Business from Richmond College in the United Kingdom. She attended St. George's University School of Medicine for her medical degree and completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. She became interested in non-invasive medical aesthetics in 2010 and began serving clients for Botox and filler treatments at Charleston Medical Spa in 2012. She became Medical Director in 2014. She continues to practice Emergency Medicine in addition to her work at the spa.
