Michael D. Mirmanesh

Dr. Michael D. Mirmanesh, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the founder of The Garden Plastic Surgery and The Garden Medical Spa in Pinellas Park, Florida, with additional medspa locations in St. Petersburg and North Palm Beach. He graduated with honors from Drexel University College of Medicine (class president all four years) and completed his plastic surgery residency at the University of California Davis, where he also conducted advanced laser physics research. He was voted Top 10 Plastic Surgeon in the USA under 40 in 2024 and serves as Executive Chairman of the Florida Society of Medical Spas. He is an international expert in neuromodulators, lasers, and injectables, and hosts quarterly laser masterclasses. He performs over 1,000 surgeries per year and specializes in facelifts, breast augmentation, tummy tucks, liposuction, and mommy makeovers.
