Neil Shah

Dr. Neil A. Shah, MD, FAAD, is a dual board-certified dermatologist and the founder of Clarus Dermatology in St. Anthony, Minnesota. He holds board certifications in both dermatology and micrographic dermatologic surgery (Mohs surgery). Dr. Shah graduated magna cum laude from Ursinus College with departmental honors in biology, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School in 2007, where he was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, and completed his residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester with an internship in internal medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Society for Mohs Surgery and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Shah founded Clarus Dermatology in 2012 and has since expanded it from one clinic to six locations throughout the Twin Cities metro area and greater Minnesota. He has served as past president of the Minnesota Dermatological Society and past president of Doctors for the Practice of Safe and Ethical Aesthetic Medicine. His clinical focus includes skin cancer treatment and Mohs surgery, as well as cosmetic dermatology services.
