Stefanie Gatica

Stefanie Gatica, DNP, FNP-C, is a nationally recognized expert aesthetic injector, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and the founder of Revive Dermatology Clinic & Spa in Ankeny, Iowa, as well as Revive Aesthetics Academy. She has over 35 years of medical experience and 20 years in aesthetic injections. She holds a BA in Spanish from the University of Northern Iowa, an MSN from Graceland University, and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice. She is one of only 14 MD Codes Expert Injectors in the United States and is the only Allergan Medical Institute National Trainer in Iowa. In 2025, she became the first U.S. injector in history to perform live dermal filler injections on stage with Dr. Mauricio de Maio during the MD Codes 10-Year Anniversary U.S. Tour. She founded the first Allergan Affiliate Training Site in the USA at Revive Aesthetics Academy. She is the only Sciton Luminary trainer in Iowa and Central Iowa's only CoolSculpting Master. She previously managed a medical and cosmetic dermatology clinic in Beaverdale for over 7 years and served as Family Nurse Practitioner Program Coordinator at a university. Revive is a Top 500 Allergan account (top 1%) and the only Iowa ZO Platinum account two years running. She is bilingual in Spanish and English and specializes in ethnic skin. She specializes in Botox, dermal fillers, MD Codes facial planning, Sculptra, HALO laser, BBL Hero, Moxi, CoolSculpting, RF microneedling, and comprehensive facial aesthetic planning.
