Ali Totonchi

Dr. Ali Totonchi, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon at Zeeba Clinic and Medspa in Cleveland, Ohio, at 29017 Cedar Road, practicing alongside the world-renowned Dr. Bahman Guyuron. He graduated from the Tabriz University of Medical Sciences at the top of his class. Since 2001, he has practiced medicine in Northeast Ohio, beginning with his plastic surgery residency at University Hospital and continuing with fellowships in facial cosmetic and pediatric craniofacial surgeries. He joined MetroHealth Medical Center in 2010 as a Professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. He serves as the onsite Director of Plastic Surgery Residents at MetroHealth Hospital and the Medical Director of the multidisciplinary Craniofacial Disorders Clinic (CFD), where he leads a highly trained team caring for children with facial disorders such as cleft lip, cleft palate, and facial deformities. He is also one of the few plastic surgeons in the area who performs surgical treatment of migraine headaches. He was named Best Plastic Surgeon by Newsweek and Cleveland Magazine in 2025. His expertise spans facelifts, rhinoplasty, body, and breast surgeries, with educational contributions stretching worldwide. He has co-authored research with Dr. Guyuron on evidence-based dynamics in rhinoplasty and neural interconnections in headache surgery.
