Ashley Hilmes

Ashley Hilmes, NP, is a nurse practitioner and the founder of Vega Vitality, a medspa and wellness center in Boston's Back Bay, Massachusetts. She attended Arizona State University and earned her MS in Adult Health Nursing from UMass Boston. She previously worked in the cardiac ICU at Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital before founding Vega Vitality in April 2015. She transitioned from critical care nursing to create a space for care beyond crisis, and the practice has grown over the past decade from a medspa into a multidimensional wellness practice offering aesthetics, holistic wellness, internal medicine, weight management, and advanced medical technologies. She is a National Trainer for Galderma and a certified yoga instructor. The practice operates commission-free, prioritizing honest consultations over sales. Vega Vitality has been recognized as the best Med Spa in Boston and is a member of the American MedSpa Association and ISPAN. The practice is expanding to North Carolina. She specializes in Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, Emsculpt Neo, laser treatments, microneedling, facials, body treatments, and wellness services including nutrition coaching and weight management.
