Courtney Lo

Courtney Lo, PA, MBA, is the Founder and CEO of Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center (CSLC), which she co-founded with Dr. Gustav Lo in 2001. She holds an MBA from the University of Miami. Over more than two decades, she has transformed CSLC from a boutique practice into one of the most trusted aesthetic and wellness brands in the Midwest and beyond, with over 20 locations across Michigan and Florida. Under her leadership, CSLC introduced BodyTite, PRF therapy, and regenerative aesthetics to Michigan, and was the first Platinum-Level Botox and Juvederm provider in northern Michigan (since 2004). The practice was named #1 Sculptra provider in Michigan and #1 Sculptra provider in the nation, and ranked among the top 25 Galderma injectors in the US. In 2020, she co-founded RegenCen, a sister brand focused on hormone therapy, menopause care, weight loss, and regenerative treatments. She also created CSLC University to train and certify all providers in the CSLC Expert Approach. Her motto is "The best cosmetic work is invisible."
