David Branch

Dr. David Branch, MD, is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon and the President/Owner of Bangor Plastic & Hand Surgery and Surface Medical Spa in Bangor, Maine. He earned his MD from the University of Alabama School of Medicine (1992) and trained for five years in general surgery at the University of Virginia and Maine Medical Center in Portland. He then completed two years of plastic surgery training at Case Western Reserve University/University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, followed by a hand and microsurgery fellowship at the Buncke Clinic at UCSF in San Francisco. He established Bangor Plastic and Hand Surgery in 2000 and founded Surface Medical Spa in 2009, which has grown to offer the largest selection of professional skincare services in the region. His practice operates out of an AAAASF-accredited surgical facility and is affiliated with Eastern Maine Medical Center.
