David Passaretti

Dr. David Passaretti, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the founder of The Aesthetic Center & Med Spa in Darien, Connecticut, serving Fairfield County and the surrounding area. With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery with particular expertise in body contouring and breast reconstruction. Dr. Passaretti graduated cum laude from Union College in Schenectady, New York, with degrees in biology and classics. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston in 1997. He completed a research fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital and a six-year plastic surgery residency at the University of Cincinnati's Division of Plastic, Reconstructive and Hand Surgery, where he made numerous presentations on breast augmentation, facelifts, rhinoplasty, and breast reconstruction. Dr. Passaretti is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Bariatric Plastic Surgeons. He holds teaching privileges at both Columbia and Yale Universities and has authored multiple academic publications in peer-reviewed medical journals, including research on tissue engineering, cultured skin substitutes, and pediatric burn management. He has been voted one of the Top Doctors by Connecticut Magazine for eleven consecutive years and was named a Top Doctor in New Canaan-Darien, Westport, Greenwich, and Stamford Magazine. He is affiliated with Norwalk Hospital, Stamford Health, Greenwich Hospital, and Bridgeport Hospital. He specializes in facelifts, breast augmentation, breast reconstruction (including TRAM flap), tummy tucks, liposuction, body contouring, post-bariatric surgery, mommy makeovers, blepharoplasty, Botox, Juvéderm, Radiesse, and laser treatments. His practice features an accredited, state-licensed private ambulatory surgery center in Darien.
