Heather Zade

Heather Zade, NP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner and the founder and CEO of Adora Aesthetics, a luxury boutique medspa with locations in Ellicott City, Clarksville, and Lutherville, Maryland. She earned her NP degree from the Sage Colleges in Albany, New York (2011) and began her nursing career in a pediatric intensive care unit in upstate New York. After relocating to Maryland, she worked as a Hospitalist NP at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Howard County before opening her own practice during the COVID pandemic. She has over 16 years of experience in aesthetics. Her signature bent-needle lip filler technique has gained worldwide popularity, earning her the nickname "Lip Queen." She is a national trainer and speaker who has trained thousands of injectors worldwide. She co-founded Adora Academy, a CME-accredited injector training program where practitioners travel from around the world to learn her techniques. She was featured in Modern Luxury and Voyage Baltimore, and Howard County Executive Dr. Calvin Ball attended her grand opening ribbon cutting. Her philosophy is that cosmetic procedures should look extremely natural: "the goal is for someone to look at you and be like wow you look so awake and beautiful but not to know you actually had any work done." She specializes in Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, dermal fillers, lip filler, Kybella, Sculptra, PRP/PRF, microneedling, laser hair removal, peptide therapy, and IV drip therapy.
