Judith Gurley

Dr. Judith Gurley, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the founder of Judith Gurley Plastic Surgery and Medical Spa in Ladue, Missouri. With over 25 years of experience, she is one of the few female board-certified plastic surgeons in the St. Louis area. Dr. Gurley earned her medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1990, completed a general surgery internship at the University of Chicago, a plastic surgery residency at the University of Chicago, and a fellowship in pediatric plastic and craniofacial surgery at Washington University School of Medicine, where she subsequently served as an Attending and Assistant Professor. She is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. She is an active member of The Aesthetic Society, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Association of Women Surgeons, and the St. Louis Society of Plastic Surgery. She has been recognized as a Top Doctor and has contributed to peer-reviewed journals and pioneered innovations including FDA-approved treatments.
