Paul Rottler

Dr. Paul Rottler, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the founder of Rottler Plastic Surgery in St. Louis, Missouri, where he has been in practice since 1990. A native of St. Louis, he earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. He completed training at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the Aesthetic Surgery Education and Research Foundation, the Missouri Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Association, and the St. Louis Metropolitan Medical Society. Dr. Rottler's purpose-built facility, constructed in 2009, includes the Seven Oaks Surgery Center, a state-licensed and Medicare-accredited on-site surgical center that provides true continuity of care, with the same nurses and staff present from consultation through surgery and recovery. The facility features the VECTRA 3D imaging system for pre-surgical visualization. He specializes in breast augmentation, breast lift, abdominoplasty (including drainless technique), liposuction, facelift, and body contouring. Beyond his practice, Dr. Rottler is an active volunteer and team leader with Interplast Inc., Operation Smile, and the Haiti Medical Mission, offering free surgery to patients with birth defects in other countries. He also serves as the Medical Director and Team Leader of St. Luke's Cleft Lip and Palate Team. He is affiliated with St. Luke's Hospital in Chesterfield.
