Scott Haydon

Dr. M. Scott Haydon, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and co-founder of Austin Plastic Surgery Institute (APSI), located at 4701 Bee Cave Road, Suite 202, West Lake Hills, Texas 78746.

Dr. Haydon earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin (1990) and his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston (1994). He completed a full general surgery residency at Louisiana State University Health Science Center in Shreveport (1994–2000) and a plastic surgery fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas (2000–2002). He has been certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery since 2003.

He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (The Aesthetic Society), and the Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons. He was named a Top 100 Surgeon on RealSelf (2013–2015) and inducted into the RealSelf Hall of Fame. He has been recognized as a Texas Monthly Super Doctor (2019) and an Outstanding Plastic Surgeon by Austin Monthly and Texas Monthly Magazine (2020–2022). He has served the Austin and Central Texas area since 2003.
