Alexandra Rogers

Alexandra Rogers, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the Co-Founder and COO of LexRx, a "Best of Boston" aesthetic injectables practice in Boston, Massachusetts. She earned her BS in Biostatistics from Emmanuel College and her BSN and MSN from Regis College, where she was a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honors Society. She met her business partner Alexa Nicholls Costa at Regis College, and together they co-founded LexRx in 2015. The practice has grown to 5 locations across Massachusetts (Beacon Hill, South Boston, Nantucket, Charlestown, and Seaport) while remaining 100% founder-owned without outside investment. She also continues to work in urgent care alongside running LexRx, bringing clinical expertise in emergency medicine to her aesthetic practice. She co-developed the trademarked "LexRx LineUp," an innovative illustrated menu system for injectable treatments. She and her co-founder also created Inject With Lex and LexLab, training programs that partner with Boston College, Columbia University, and UNC Chapel Hill. LexRx has been featured on CBS Boston, NBC10 Boston, Haute Living, and the American Med Spa Association. The practice has been described as "the Drybar of aesthetic treatments." She specializes in Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, preventive and corrective cosmetic injectables, lip augmentation, and medical-grade skincare.
