Daniel Liebertz

Dr. Daniel J. Liebertz, MD, is a double board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and the lead surgeon at Liebertz Plastic Surgery at Yarrow Bay, located at 5209 Lake Washington Boulevard NE, Suite 115, Kirkland, Washington 98033.

Dr. Liebertz grew up in Beaverton, Oregon. He attended Santa Clara University, earning a BA in Studio Art (emphasis in sculpture) and a BS in Biology in four years. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from USC's Keck School of Medicine (2009), where he was a Dean's Research Scholar in Immunology. He completed an Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery residency at Wayne State University (2010–2015), serving as Chief Resident (2014–2015). He was one of only 46 surgeons worldwide selected for an elite Advanced Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at Emory University and Premier Image Cosmetic & Laser Surgery in Atlanta (2015–2016), where he trained under world-renowned surgeons including an AAFPRS founder.

He is certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Medical Specialties in Head & Neck Surgery. He is affiliated with EvergreenHealth Kirkland. The practice, originally founded in 2010 as Yarrow Bay Plastic Surgery, realigned to focus solely on facial cosmetic and reconstructive surgery in 2022. It features a Washington State and QuadA-certified on-site operating room. He was voted Best Cosmetic Surgeon in Kirkland by Kirkland Lifestyle Magazine four consecutive years (2021–2024) and won the Gold Medal for Best Cosmetic Surgeon in the PNW from The Seattle Times (2023, 2024).
