Deborah Pan

Dr. Deborah Pan, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the founder and CEO of ESANA Plastic Surgery Center & MedSpa in New Haven, Connecticut, with a second location in Guilford. She is the first female plastic surgeon in New Haven. She graduated from Harvard University, earned her MD from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and completed her general surgery and plastic surgery training at Yale University. She has won New Haven Advocate's Readers' Poll for Best Cosmetic Surgeon numerous times, and ESANA has won multiple awards from Connecticut Magazine and New Haven Living. She donates her time performing plastic surgery in underserved countries including Morocco, Thailand, Colombia, and the Philippines. She specializes in breast augmentation, breast reconstruction, liposuction, tummy tucks, facelifts, rhinoplasty, CoolSculpting, and non-surgical treatments.
