James Ridgway

Dr. James M. Ridgway, MD, FACS, is a double board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and the CEO/owner of Ridgway Face & Aesthetic Center, located at 1231 116th Avenue NE, Suite 900, Bellevue, Washington 98004.

Dr. Ridgway graduated with honors with undergraduate degrees in both Fine Art and Biologic Science. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Arizona College of Medicine (2003). He completed an internship in Surgery (2003–2004) and an Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery residency at the University of California, Irvine (2005–2009), serving as Chief Resident (2008–2009). During training, he completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the nationally acclaimed Beckman Laser Institute and Medical Clinic at UCI. He then completed a facial plastic surgery fellowship at the University of Washington (2009–2010).

He is certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the AAFPRS, AAO-HNS, and the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery. He received national awards from the Triologic Society, American Head and Neck Society, American Broncho-Esophagological Association, and the American Society for Lasers in Medicine and Surgery. He is a founding member of Swedish Medical Center's Facial Reconstruction Team and the founding physician of the Larrabee Center's Latisse Eyelash Program for breast cancer survivors.
