Jess Prischmann

Dr. Jess Prischmann, MD, is a double board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and the founder of Prischmann Facial Plastic Surgery in Golden Valley, Minnesota, where she has been in solo practice since 2012. She holds board certifications in both facial plastic and reconstructive surgery and otolaryngology (head and neck surgery) and has completed fellowship training in integrative medicine through the University of Arizona. Dr. Prischmann earned her Bachelor of Science in journalism from Boston University at the age of 19, where she received the Blue Chip Award, the most prestigious student award at BU's College of Communication. She went on to earn her medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport, graduating at the top of her class at age 23 and earning election to Alpha Omega Alpha, the national medical honor society. She completed her general surgery internship and otolaryngology residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, followed by a fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery under Stephen W. Perkins, MD, in Indianapolis. In 2011, she received the Jack R. Anderson Prize for Scholastic Excellence for achieving the highest score in the country on the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery examination. Dr. Prischmann has been named a Top Doctor by Minneapolis St. Paul Magazine from 2020 through 2025. She previously served as a medical contributor for WCCO-TV Minneapolis and co-hosted a syndicated weekly medical radio show. She specializes in facelift, deep plane facelift, neck lift, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, otoplasty, chin implant, and reconstructive surgery after skin cancer removal, along with nonsurgical treatments including Botox, Daxxify, dermal fillers, and HALO laser skin resurfacing.
