Michael L. Spann

Dr. Michael L. Spann, MD, is a double board-certified plastic and general surgeon and the founder of Little Rock Plastic Surgery, with offices in Little Rock and Fayetteville (Northwest Arkansas). With over 20 years of experience, he has become one of the most sought-after plastic surgeons in Arkansas. Dr. Spann received his Doctor of Medicine from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport in 2001. He completed a five-year general surgery residency at Methodist Health System in Dallas, followed by a two-year plastic surgery residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He is certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery.
