Rhys L. Branman

Dr. Rhys L. Branman, MD, is a board-certified cosmetic surgeon and the founder of the Cosmetic Surgery Center and Exhale MedSpa in Little Rock, Arkansas. With over 25 years of experience and thousands of procedures performed, he has established himself as one of the most recognized cosmetic surgeons in the state. Dr. Branman graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in 1993 and completed his general surgery and residency training at Vanderbilt University. He completed his American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery fellowship training in 1998 and opened the Cosmetic Surgery Center in Little Rock that same year. Dr. Branman is certified by both the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and the American Board of Maxillofacial Surgery. He serves as a Board Examiner for the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and as a Consultant to the Surgeon General in the area of facial cosmetic surgery. In 2018, he was appointed by Governor Hutchinson to the Arkansas State Medical Board for a six-year term. He is licensed in both Arkansas and California and has lectured internationally on cosmetic surgery. He has been voted Little Rock's favorite cosmetic surgeon in the Arkansas Democrat Gazette's Best of the Best contest over ten times, with additional wins for Exhale MedSpa, totaling 14 Best of the Best awards. He has been featured on Dateline NBC and local CBS, NBC, ABC, and Fox affiliates. Dr. Branman specializes in breast augmentation, facelifts using the SmartLift technique, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, brow lifts, VASER liposuction, tummy tucks, body contouring, and non-surgical treatments including Botox, fillers, Sculptra, and laser skin resurfacing. His practice is affiliated with Arkansas Surgical Hospital and features an AAAHC-accredited on-site surgical suite.
