Nicole Harrell

Dr. Nicole Harrell, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology at The Dermatology Clinic in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a practice that has been serving the community for over seven decades. She earned her MD from LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans (2008), completed an internal medicine internship at Earl K. Long Medical Center, and her dermatology residency at LSU Medical Center. She has been with The Dermatology Clinic since 2012 and has over 15 years of medical experience. She specializes in medical, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology and is known for her laid-back approach with patients. She serves as a Principal Investigator at Velocity Clinical Research, involved in numerous dermatology drug trials for new and existing medications. She speaks English and Spanish. She has offices in Baton Rouge and Walker and is affiliated with Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, Baton Rouge General, and other area hospitals. She specializes in medical dermatology, surgical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, skin cancer treatment, Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, and clinical research trials.
