Daniel P. Bortnick

Dr. Daniel P. Bortnick, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon at Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, a division of U.S. Dermatology Partners, in Overland Park, Kansas. A Kansas City native, he has built a decades-long reputation for excellence in cosmetic and aesthetic surgery. He serves as an Adjunct Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of Kansas and previously served as the Residency Coordinator for Cosmetic Plastic Surgery at the University of Kansas Medical Center. He has served as an advisor, trainer, and national speaker for major pharmaceutical companies, including as an advisor for Allergan Breast Aesthetics and a teaching faculty member for Allergan Academy. He relocated his practice from Leawood to join the expanded Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Center in the Dermatology & Skin Cancer Centers building, where he practices alongside Dr. Christopher Surek, DO, FACS, and Dr. MyChi Le, MD. The facility includes 11 exam rooms, two procedure rooms, four consult rooms, and a dedicated CoolSculpting area.
