Eric J. Wright

Dr. Eric J. Wright, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the founder of Wright Plastic Surgery and Med Spa in Little Rock, Arkansas. Trained at Stanford University and Harvard Medical School, he has become one of the most sought-after plastic surgeons in Arkansas, drawing patients from across the country and internationally. An Arkansas native, Dr. Wright completed three undergraduate degrees at the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville, graduating summa cum laude — including, notably, a degree in poultry science. He earned his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences as a Barton Scholar with the highest GPA, graduating as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed a six-year integrated plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at Stanford University Hospital in Palo Alto, California, followed by an aesthetic and reconstructive breast fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, where he served as a plastic surgery clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Wright returned to Arkansas and served as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at UAMS before transitioning to private practice in 2018. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and The Aesthetic Society. He serves on the educational committee for The Aesthetic Society and is a manuscript reviewer for Aesthetic Surgery Journal. He has authored over 30 textbook chapters and manuscripts and has presented more than 20 lectures at national and international meetings. Dr. Wright specializes in breast augmentation, breast revision, breast implant removal (explant), breast reconstruction, tummy tucks, liposuction, mommy makeovers, facelifts, rhinoplasty, and migraine surgery — he is one of the only surgeons in Arkansas performing migraine surgery. He has been named an Arkansas Democrat-Gazette Best of the Best and AMP Top Ten honoree.
