Franklin D. Richards

Dr. Franklin D. Richards, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon at Cosmetic Surgery Associates in Bethesda, Maryland, where he practices alongside Dr. A. Dean Jabs and Dr. Sheri Magge. He earned his MD from George Washington University (1982) and completed his general surgery residency at the National Capital Consortium/Walter Reed Army Medical Center, followed by a plastic surgery residency at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. He served his country as an attending plastic surgeon at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and directed the Burn Unit at William Beaumont Army Medical Center during Desert Storm I.
