Steven J. Rottman

Dr. Steven J. Rottman, MD, FACS, is a double board-certified plastic surgeon and the founder of Rottman Plastic Surgery in the Baltimore, Maryland area, with offices in Pikesville and Owings Mills. He is certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. He earned his MD from St. George's University School of Medicine, completed a general surgery residency at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia, and trained in plastic surgery at UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson. He then completed a prestigious breast and aesthetic plastic surgery fellowship at Georgetown University Hospital under internationally recognized leaders in breast surgery. He served as Assistant Professor of Clinical Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Georgetown University Hospital, teaching operative techniques to residents.
