Jason Wendel

Dr. J. Jason Wendel, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the founder of Dr. J.J. Wendel Plastic Surgery, located at 2103 Crestmoor Road, Nashville, Tennessee 37215. He founded the practice in 2013.

Dr. Wendel earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine (1996). He completed a general surgery residency at the University of South Florida (1996–2000) and a plastic surgery residency at the University of Michigan (2000–2002). He has over 22 years of experience in plastic surgery practice. He is affiliated with TriStar Centennial Medical Center.

He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He has been inducted into the RealSelf 100 and 500 Hall of Fame, named a Castle Connolly Top Doctor (2018–2020), won Best Cosmetic Surgeon in The Tennessean's TOAST Readers' Choice Awards (2016, 2017), was a finalist for Best Doctor for a Nip and Tuck in Nashville Scene (2019), and was recognized as Top Doctor in Nashville Lifestyles magazine (2016–2019). The practice has performed over 3,800 surgical cases and over 2,600 breast surgeries since opening.

The practice is bilingual, offering consultations in both English and Spanish. He operates from his own surgery center.
