Jeffrey E. Schreiber

Dr. Jeffrey E. Schreiber, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the founder of Baltimore Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center in Timonium, Maryland. Originally from St. Louis, he earned both his BA in Biology and MD through a six-year program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City Medical School, where he was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. He completed a general surgery internship at Johns Hopkins Hospital, followed by an integrated general surgery and plastic surgery residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital/University of Maryland program, where he served as Chief Surgical Resident. He received the Upjohn Award for clinical research and has published numerous plastic surgery articles. He has been the proud recipient of the Patients' Choice Award five years running and is consistently voted Top Doc by Baltimore Magazine. He has also been honored by Vitals, RealSelf, and was inducted into the Lutherville-Timonium Business Hall of Fame. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a member of the Aesthetic Society, ASPS, AMA, and the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery. He is also an artist who has exhibited work at the St. Louis Artists' Guild. He draws international patients from France, South America, Dubai, and China, assisting with travel logistics. One patient relocated to North Carolina but still travels to Baltimore for his care. He has over 20 years of experience. He specializes in breast augmentation, breast lifts, facelifts, rhinoplasty, tummy tucks, liposuction, mommy makeovers, body contouring, Botox, fillers, microneedling, hair transplantation, and CoolSculpting.
