Aldo Guerra

Dr. Aldo Benjamin Guerra, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the founder of Guerra Plastic Surgery Center in Scottsdale, Arizona. With over 20 years of experience focused exclusively on cosmetic plastic surgery, he is one of Arizona's most recognized breast implant surgeons and has been repeatedly selected as a top plastic surgeon in the state. Dr. Guerra earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine. He completed four years of general surgery training at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, California, followed by two years of formal plastic surgery training at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. He then served as Chief of Adult and Pediatric Plastic Surgery at the downtown campus of LSU Health Sciences Center before relocating to Arizona in 2006 to establish Guerra Plastic Surgery Center. Dr. Guerra is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He was one of only five surgeons in the United States selected to train in Sweden on MemoryShape breast implants under Dr. Charles Randquist. He was named to the Mentor LEAD program as one of the top breast surgeons in the country for four consecutive years. He has been selected as a RealSelf 100 Top Doctor every year since 2012, named a Phoenix Magazine Top Doctor, and won Best Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon in Arizona Foothills' Best of Our Valley 2025. Dr. Guerra has published 25 peer-reviewed articles and several book chapters in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
