William T. Cullen

Dr. William T. Cullen, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon at Elite Plastic Surgery in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He graduated with honors from the Medical College of Wisconsin (1995) and completed both General Surgery and Plastic Surgery residencies at the Grand Rapids/Michigan State University program, followed by a fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery at the University of Utah. He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at Michigan State University's College of Human Medicine and Chief of Plastic Surgery at Mercy Health Saint Mary's Hospital. He has been named to Best Doctors in America every year since 2009 and selected as one of West Michigan's Top Doctors by Grand Rapids Magazine. He was also spotlighted in The Leading Physicians of the World. He is a member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, ASPS, the International Association of Plastic Surgeons, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
